ST CORD CONVEYOR BELT

Features:
high tensile strength, low extensibility, small used transmission pulley diameter, uniform steel wire rope tension, excellent troughbility and good adhesive between rubber and steel wire.

EP CONVEYOR BELT

Product Description:
The polyester conveyor belt is also called EP conveying belt. Its
framework material is the polyester canvas interwoven with meridian
terylene and latitudinal polyamide fiber. It has advantages of short
tensile, stable size good elasticity, shock resistant, heat resistant mould resistant, high adhesive strength. lt is applicable to convey material in medium and long distance, with heavy-load and at high speed.

ABRASION CONVEYOR BELT

Features:
1. Energy saving: By improving rubber elasticity and reducing transmission friction coefficient, the effect of saving electricity by 10%-15% can be achieved.
2. Wear resistance. Thus the conveyor belt is wear and impact resistance, and the working life can be prolonged.
3. Suitable for working conditions of long distance, high speed and large capacity.

Application:
This belt is especially suitable for medium, long-distance transportation of materials,used in lines of mining,ports,electricy metalirgical infustry, chemical industry, coalmines and etc.

Reasons For The Occurrence Of Running Resistance:
Multiple resistances occur when the conveying belts are in motion, among which the strongest resistance comes from the momentary resistance of the conveying belt passing the supporting roller.
It is the most effective to reduce the resistance passing the supporting rollers so as to reduce the resistance on the conveying belt device.

CHEVRON CONVEYOR BELT

Shape And Character:
On the sur face of the belt,there is chevron pattern higher than the belt bodyd.The pattern may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types: high.medium and low.

Usge:
It can convey powde red , granutated and small lump materials at the inclination of no more than 40, it can also convey packaged materials.

Patterned:
Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. The shape and height(depth) of patten is subject to the material it conveyory and the the angle of the machine.

HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE CONVEYOR BELT

Features:
The belt carcass of this product is EP fabric of high modulus, low shrink and high breaking tensile stength. Cover rubber of this product uses EPDM rubber or chlorobutadiene rubber, after process of shaping and valcanizing, conveyor belt has very good high temperaturte resistance. The carcass of this product has very high adhension after the special trestment of coating and shaping. Undernormal working condition with the temperature blow 200 the belt is ow eloncation and excellent antiabrasion, it can also bear 400°C high temperature for short time.The belt is suitable for use in cement, metallurgical and steel industry.
