Supply Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt With High Quality

Characteristics:

The carcass of the heat resistant conveyor belt selects cotton canvas or EP canvas as skeleton material. This kind of conveyor belt adopt ethylene-propylene rubber or syrene butadiene rubber as coating with good heat resistance.
Suitable for conveying hot material like powder or clump materials at high temperature.
Ideal for conveying sintered ores, cokes, soda ash, chemical fertilizer, slag and foundry.
It can resist high temperature.
The rubber compound used in the cover have been designed to avoid premature aging due to contact with any source of heat.
It can be divided into four types according to working temperature range: HRT-1 <=100°C, HRT-2<=125°C, HRT-3<=150°C,HRT-2<=175°C

Details of heat resistant EP conveyor belt : 
Models:

Mode1: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 100°C, code S1 
Mode2: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 125°C, code S2 
Mode3: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 150°C, code S3 
Mode4: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 175°C, code S4


ISO9001: 2008 Superior Heat Resistance Conveyor Belt for Hot Sintered Ore

Heat resistant conveyor belt is mainly used to transport high temperature materials, such as sintering ore, hot coke, clinker, hot casting and so on. According to the manifestation of the heat resistant belt breakage until to lose transportation ability and the heat resistant grading, we use EDPM or SBR as the covering layer rubber, and high modulus low shrinkage polyester or cotton canvas as the strong layer. It can use the heat resistant woven glass fabric between the cover rubber and the layers, so as to improve the working life of the heat resistant conveyor belt. We can make it into endless conveyor belt as per cllients' requirement.
